He is passionate about technology and innovation and about interdisciplinary teaching. He has more than 25 years of experience in teaching and administration. He started his career as Lecturer in the year 1993. Later he has worked in different capacities such as HOD, Controller of Examinations, Principal, Dean and Registrar in reputed educational institutions.

Dr. K. Ramdas is an eminent academician, who is keen on transforming aspiring young minds into dynamic corporate professionals. He has nearly three decades’ of corporate experience and continues to be professionally connected with corporate world. He has also been a former banker & trainer for top & middle level banking executives on subjects like Forex, IT, Credit & HR. Presently, he is a director (banking expert) for a bank besides being member of major committees.
